Casual Employees that Morph into Full Time

With 50% of New Zealand employment being given by small business, casual employment is a large growing segment of the workforce. However currently legislation does not address casual employment but instead treats this a several fixed term employment agreements. However, when casual begins to morph into full time employment, the casual employee becomes entitled to the rights full time employees have. Does this affect you?
